At Fall Game Fest 2024, we're raising funds to purchase a Gamers Outreach gaming cart, a portable video game station designed for use in hospitals. These specialized carts help bring entertainment to young patients during their treatment, offering a much-needed escape and moments of joy during tough times. Each cart is equipped with a gaming console, monitor, and accessories, allowing kids to immerse themselves in games from the comfort of their hospital room. The cost of these carts is high because they're built to be durable, safe, and easy to sanitize—ideal for healthcare environments. Every donation helps bring smiles and support to children in need!
Attendees will have the chance to try out our virtual reality system and game carts, just like the ones we provide to pediatric patients. These technologies offer patients distraction, connection, and a sense of normalcy during their hospital stay.
Your support helps us maintain gaming stations, assist in therapeutic treatments through gaming, and develop special projects like adaptive controllers and 3D printing.
